Get Hit Suggestion

GET 
/api/v1/screening/hits/:hit_id/suggestion

Get AI-generated suggestion for resolving a screening hit.

Uses AI to analyze the hit against applicant data and suggest whether it's a true match or false positive.

Results are cached on the hit to avoid repeated AI calls. Pass regenerate=true to force a fresh suggestion.
