AI Workflow Builder

The AI Workflow Builder lets you create verification workflows using plain English. Describe what you need, and the AI generates a complete workflow with all necessary nodes and connections.

Getting Started​

Open AI Chat​

  1. Navigate to Workflow Builder
  2. Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner
  3. The AI assistant panel opens

Basic Usage​

Type a description of your workflow:

"Create a KYC workflow with ID verification, selfie check, and sanctions screening. Route high-risk applicants to manual review."

The AI:

  1. Analyzes your requirements
  2. Generates appropriate nodes
  3. Creates connections between them
  4. Shows confidence score
  5. Asks clarifying questions if needed

Example Prompts​

Basic KYC​

Create a standard KYC workflow with ID document, selfie,
and sanctions screening.

Risk-Based Routing​

Build a workflow that verifies identity, runs AML screening,
and routes applicants based on risk:
- Low risk: auto-approve
- Medium risk: enhanced due diligence
- High risk: manual review

Crypto Compliance​

Create a crypto KYC flow with:
- ID verification
- Liveness detection

When confidence is low, the AI asks clarifying questions before generating.

Voice Input​

Use voice to describe workflows:

  1. Click the microphone icon
  2. Speak your requirements
  3. AI transcribes and processes
  4. Review and confirm

Voice works best for:

  • Quick workflow descriptions
  • Hands-free operation
  • Brainstorming sessions

Clarification Flow​

When requirements are ambiguous, the AI asks questions:

AI: "You mentioned 'enhanced verification' for high-risk users. Which additional steps should this include?"

  • Proof of address
  • Source of funds declaration
  • Video call verification
  • Additional document types

Select options or type a custom answer.

Best Practices​

Be Specific​

Less effective:

Specify Outcomes​
